These General Conditions of Use determine the terms and conditions of use of the Blue EnerFreeze website, which provides information about the Blue EnerFreeze’s activities, by users of the site.

Any user of this site acknowledges that they have read these General Conditions of Use in full and that they accept them unreservedly. They undertake to comply with them in full.

a.    Blue EnerFreeze’s responsibility:

The information and other elements presented on the site are presented “as seen”, with no implicit or explicit guarantee of any kind.
Blue EnerFreeze cannot be held responsible, in any way whatsoever:

  • for any ambiguity, inaccuracy or omission relating to the information available on the site,
  • for any damage or harm suffered or alleged by anyone whomsoever and resulting directly or indirectly from viewing or using the information contained on the site,
  • for any damage resulting from a fraudulent intrusion by a third party that has modified the information or elements published on the site,

b.    User’s responsibility:

The site user recognises that they use the information shown on the Blue EnerFreeze website under their own responsibility. As a consequence, Blue EnerFreeze cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect harm of any kind whatsoever, resulting entirely or in part from the use of the information on the site.
The user accesses the Blue EnerFreeze website and uses its content at their own risk.
Blue EnerFreeze endeavours to keep the information on the site up to date. However, Blue EnerFreeze cannot guarantee its completeness or accuracy, regardless of the information concerned.

Blue EnerFreeze reserves the right to modify these General Conditions of Use and the information published on the site or have them modified by others at any time and without notice.

3.   CONFIDENTIALITY / PRIVACY POLICY

Protection of personal data:
Users may communicate data about themselves while browsing the site.
Said personal data are used to make contact and engage with Blue EnerFreeze’s internal departments.
Blue EnerFreeze undertakes that the collection and processing of data from the Blue EnerFreeze site shall comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

 

a.    Collection of anonymous data:

No personal data that could identify the user are collected without their knowledge.
Nonetheless, some user data are collected automatically during the use of the site:

  • Their IP address (this address is used to access the internet and is assigned to the user’s computer by their internet service provider; this information changes with each user session and does not identify them personally);
  • The address of the website from which the user has linked directly to the Blue EnerFreeze site.
  • The date and time of the user’s visit to the Blue EnerFreeze website and the pages viewed
  • The operating system and browser used by the user’s computer  

  
As a consequence, Blue EnerFreeze collects anonymous user data (or anonymous data) from the site, such as the pages visited and search terms entered. These are not personal data as they do not, under any circumstances, allow the user to be personally identified.
Blue EnerFreeze uses this anonymous information to improve the site’s content and obtain overall statistics on its use.
 

b.    Collection of personal data:

The user may provide certain personal information, such as their last name, first name, e-mail address, postal address and phone number, in order to access certain functionalities and certain services, and to contact and engage with Blue EnerFreeze’s internal departments.
This information is collected via forms that are voluntarily completed by the user.
Blue EnerFreeze will not disclose the personal data communicated by users via the forms they complete or automated messaging to third parties. They will only be used for the purpose of exchanging information as efficiently as possible.
The user may communicate certain personal data when sending an e-mail to the Blue EnerFreeze website. In this case, their personal data will be processed and retained for a period of no more than five years, for the sole purpose of communicating with the user. No data are transferred to third parties without the user’s prior consent.

c.    Security :

Blue EnerFreeze uses all the security techniques at its disposal, based on the current state of technological developments, to protect the personal information you communicate. Nonetheless, the internet remains an open network, with the result that Blue EnerFreeze cannot guarantee total security, notably as a result of malicious third parties.

d.   Right of access:

The user has a right of access, amendment, rectification and erasure of their personal data.

e.    Cookies :

The user should be aware that, when they visit our site, it may place a number of pieces of data on their computer, which will be stored on their hard disk, in a file called a “cookie”. Cookies are used to record information about how the user browses a website. Their browser contains a function that allows them to refuse cookies (see the CNIL website for more information). Refusing cookies will not prevent the user from visiting our site but may limit its functionalities.

Social media plug-ins or sharing buttons may appear on our site, to access the functionality that allows users to share content from our site with other people on social media or let other people know that they have been viewing the site or their opinion on an item of content (including social media buttons such as “Like”, “Share” etc.).
Social media plug-ins may, simply by being present on the site and regardless of whether the user also uses social media platforms, place cookies on their hard disk to track their browsing and identify their areas of interest.
Cookies placed and used by third parties are subject to their own privacy policies.
